Abuiltincarbonfilterprotectsyourwineandbeveragesbyactingasanaturalbarrieragainstharmfulodors.

InternalFan
Thisisanaircooledunitequippedwithaninternalfanthatmaintainsaconsistentinternaltemperature.
InstallingYourWineandBeverageRefrigerator

Thewineandbeveragerefrigeratorshouldbeinstalledinaccordancewithlocalelectricalcode
requirements.Itshouldalsobeplacedinalocationthatisstrongenoughtosupportitstotalweight,
keepinginmindthatitwillweighsubstantiallymorewhenfullyloadedthanwhenempty.
Beforeyouplugthewineandbeveragerefrigeratorintoapowersupply,besuretoletitstanduprightfor
atleast24hourstoallowthecompressor’soilstosettle.

Note:Thecarbonfiltershouldbereplacedevery36monthsdependingontheunit’sexposurelevelto
odor.Iftheunitisplacedinakitchen,regularreplacementeverythree(3)monthsisideal.
Tip:Gatherthemodelandserialnumberfromtheproductlabelandwritethemdownbeforeinstallingthe

Thiswineandbeveragerefrigeratorhasbeendesignedforfreestandingorbuiltininstallation.Inevery
case,theremustbeadequateventilationandaccessforservice.
FreestandingInstallation
Afreestandinginstallationwillallowyoutoinstallthewineandbeveragerefrigeratorinalmostanyplace
youdesire.Youmustfollowthestatedinstructionsforelectricalrequirementsandlevelingthewineand
beveragerefrigerator.
BuiltinInstallation
Arecessedinstallationwillallowyoutoinstallthewineandbeveragerefrigeratorunderacounterorina
kitchencabinetprovidedtheclearancespacerequirementsaroundthewineandbeveragerefrigerator
arefollowed.Itisnecessarytoallowadequateventilationspacearoundtheunit(makesurethereisat
leastsomeventilationroomforthebackoftheunit).Thefollowingadditionalitemsmustbeobserved:
1. Placethewineandbeveragerefrigeratorinfrontoftheinstallationlocation.
2. Adjustthefeetandplacetheunitflatonthefloororonaplatformdependingonyourinstallation
requirements.
3. Iftheelectricaloutletforthewineandbeveragerefrigeratorisbehindthecabinet,pluginthewine
andbeveragerefrigerator.
4. Pushthewineandbeveragerefrigeratorintoposition.

InstallationClearanceRequirements:
Wheninstallingthewineandbeveragerefrigeratorunderacounter,followtherecommendedspacingdimensions
shown.
Toensureproperserviceaccessandventilation,allowbetween1‐2inchesofclearanceatthebackas
showninthediagram.
Theinstallationshouldallowtheunittobepulledforwardforservicing,ifnecessary.
Astandardelectricalsupply(115VAConly,60Hz),properlygroundedinaccordancewithNational
ElectricalCodeandlocalcodesandordinances,isrequired.
LEVELING:
Thewineandbeveragerefrigeratorshouldbeinstalledonafirmandlevelsurfacethatwillbeableto
supporttheentireweightofafullyloadedunit.Itisimportantforthewineandbeveragerefrigeratortobe
leveledinordertoworkproperly.Itcanberaisedorloweredbyrotatingtheplasticsheathsaroundeachof
thefeetonthebottomofthemachine.Ifyoufindthatthesurfaceisnotlevel,rotatethefeetuntilthewine
andbeveragerefrigeratorbecomeslevel.Youmayneedtomakeseveraladjustmentstolevelit.We
recommendusingacarpenter’sleveltocheckthemachine.Turnthelevelingfeetclockwisetolowerthat
sideoftherefrigerator.Turnthelevelingfeetcounterclockwisetoraisethatsideoftherefrigerator.

Important:Onceyouarereadytoinstalltheunitinacabinetordirectlyonthefloor,youmustadjustthe
feettolevelthewineandbeveragerefrigerator.

RECOMMENDEDGROUNDINGMETHOD:
Foryourpersonalsafety,thisappliancemustbegrounded.Itisequippedwithapowersupplycordhavinga
3pronggroundingplug.Tominimizepossibleshockhazard,thecordmustbepluggedintoamating3
prongedwallsocket,andgroundedinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCodeandlocalcodesand
ordinances.Ifamatingwallsocketisnotavailable,itisthepersonalresponsibilityofthecustomertohavea
properlygrounded,3prongwallreceptacleinstalledbyaqualifiedelectrician.
Beforeyoumoveyourwineandbeveragerefrigeratorintoitsfinallocation,itisimportanttomakesureyou

InstallingYourDoorHandleandShelves
INSTALLINGTHEDOORHANDLE:
1. Openthedoorandcarefullypullthedoorgasketaroundtheareawherethehandleistobeinstalled.
2. InserteachPhillipsheadscrewthroughthegasketsideofthedooruntilthescrewpassesthroughthe
door.
3. AlignthehandlewiththescrewsandtightenusingaPhillipsheadscrewdriveruntilthehandleisflush
againstthedoorframe.
4. Carefullypressthedoorgasketintoitsoriginalposition.
ElectricalShockHazard!
Plugintoagrounded3prongoutlet.
Neverremovethegroundingprongfromtheplug.
Neveruseanadaptertobypassthegroundingprong.
DONOTuseanextensioncord.
Failuretofollowtheseinstructionscanresultinfire,electricalshock,orpersonalinjury.

INSTALLINGTHESHELVES:
LeftZone
1. Openthedoorcompletely.
2. Pushtheshelftracksaffixedtothewallsoftheinnercabinettotherearoftheunitsothatthetracks
arefullyseatedinsidethecoolercompartment.
3. Lineuptherailsaffixedtotheshelfwiththecorrespondingwineandbeveragecoolertracksattached
totheinnercabinetwalls.
4. Pushthefrontoftheshelfinwardsevenlyuntiltheshelfrestsfullyinsideoftheunitandyouareable
toclosethedoor.
5. Theshelfshouldglidesmoothlybackandforth.Ifitdoesnot,youmayneedtoremoveitandstart
over.
RightZone
1. Openthedoorcompletely.
2. Ensurethatthemetalguidepostsareattachedtotherearoftheshelf.
3. Tilttheshelf45°counterclockwise.Themetalguidepostonyourleftsideshouldrestontheshelf
track.
4. Gentlypushtheshelfbacktowardstherearoftheunituntiltherightsidemetalguidepostmeets
theverticalindentationintheplasticinteriorcabinet.
5. Gentlysettherightsideoftheshelfdownontheshelftrack.Theshelfshouldmoveforwardsand
backwardssmoothly.
REMOVINGTHESHELVES:
LeftZone
1. Openthedoorcompletely.
2. Removeallofthecontentsloadedontheshelf,ifapplicable.
3. Pulltheshelftowardsyourselfuntilitisfullyextendedoutward.
4. Theshelfhasplasticpostsonbothsidesasindicatedinthediagrambelow.Whilefacingtheunit,
presstheplasticpostontherightsidedownwhilepullingupontheleftplasticpost.Youmay
choosetodothisbyhandorbyusingaflatheadscrewdriver.
5. Evenlypullouttheshelffromthetrackuntilitiscompletelyremovedfromtheinnercompartment.

1. Openthedoorcompletely.
2. Makesuretheshelfispushedbackcompletely.
3. Lifteithertheleftorrightsideoftheshelftocreatea45°anglefromitsoriginalposition.Make
surenottolifteithersideoftheshelftoohardasitmaycomeincontactwiththeinnerwallmount.
4. Pulltheshelfoutwarduntilitisremovedfromtheinnercompartment.Youmayencountersome
resistancefromtheshelfguardrail.

Tip:Topreventdamagingthedoorgasket,makesuretoopenthedoorfullybeforepullingtheshelvesout

Eachindependentlycontrolledtemperaturezonerightandleftcontainsitsowncontrolpanel.
Theright(beverage)zonehasatemperaturerangeof34°Fto65°F.
Theleft(wine)zonehasatemperaturerangeof40° Fto65°F.
PowerButton
Pressandholdthisbuttondownforthreesecondstopoweryouruniton.Oncepressed,the“Run”
indicatorlightwillilluminatetoindicatetheunitisonandrunning.Pressandholdthisbuttonforthree
secondsagainandtheunitwillpoweroffandthe“Run”Indicatorlightwillturnoff.
IncreaseTemperature
Pressthisbuttontoincreasethetemperaturebyone(1)degreeincrements.65°Fisthehighestavailable
temperatureinbothzones.
DecreaseTemperature
Pressthisbuttontodecreasethetemperaturebyone(1)degreeincrements.34°Fisthelowestavailable
temperatureintherightzone.40°Fisthelowestavailabletemperatureintheleftzone.
InteriorLight
Pressthisbuttontocyclethroughthedifferentinternallightsettings.Therearefourlightsettings:
ConstantBlue,ConstantWhite,AutomaticBlue,andAutomaticWhite.Pressthisbuttontochoosethe
nextoptionintheprogression,eventuallycyclingbacktotheoriginalsetting.Thelightswillfadeoutof
theprevioussettingandintothenextsettinginthecycleeachtimeyoupressthisbutton.Pressandhold
thisbuttonforthreesecondstoturnthelightscompletelyoffortoturnthembackon.Openandclose
thedoortochecktheinternallightcolorandwhetherthelightsstayonwiththedoorclosed(Constant
Mode)orilluminateonlywhenthedoorisopen(AutomaticMode).Pleaserefertothe“InternalLight”
sectiononthenextpageforfurtherdetail.
Note:Pressingandholdingtheincreaseanddecreasetemperaturebuttonsatthesametimewillswitchthe
temperaturedisplayfrom°Fto°C.
Tip:Ifyoupoweredtheunitoff,pleasewaitatleastfive(5)minutesbeforepoweringitbackon.

Thisrefrigeratorisequippedwithtopandsideinternallightsthatcanbesettoablueorwhitecolor.
Becausetheunitcomeswithaglassdoor,theinsidewillbeseenwhetherthedoorisopenorclosed.You
canchoosetodisplayeachcoloroflightintwodifferentmodes:ConstantModeandAutomaticMode.
ConstantMode
Theinternallightswillstayconstantlyilluminatedwhetherthedoorisopenorclosed.
AutomaticMode
Theinternallightswillilluminateeachtimethedoorisopenedandfadeoffoncethedoorisclosed.This
featureistriggeredbyasensorlocatedonthefrontvent.Thissensorallowstherefrigeratortorecognize
whenthedoorisopenorclosed.
Witheachpressofthelightbutton,theunitwillprogressthroughthecycleoflightsettingsseenbelow.
Holdingthelightbuttonforthreesecondswillturnthelightscompletelyofforbackon.Ifyoupowerthe
lightsofftheywillremainoff,evenwhenthedoorisopen.Holdthelightbuttonforthreesecondsagainto
turnthelightsbackon.

Note:Weruntesteveryunitthatweproduceinourfactory.Becauseofthis,yourmodelmaydefaultto
anyoftheabovesettingsoutofthebox.Simplycyclethroughtheprogressionofsettingsuntilyoureach
yourdesiredlightsetting.ThelightswillreturntotheConstantBluesettingaftertheAutomaticWhite
setting,thusstartingbackatthebeginningoftheprogression.
Tip
:
ClosethedoortodetermineifthelightiscurrentlyinConstantModeorAutomaticMode.InConstant
Modethelightswillremainon,andinAutomaticModethelightswillfadeoffoncethedoorisclosed.

Defrosting
Therefrigeratorwillautomaticallydefrostundermosttemperaturesettingsandambientconditions.However,
oncoldersettings,somefrostmaybuildup.Additionally,undermorehumidambientconditions,morefrost
maybuildup.Keepthedoorclosedasmuchaspossibleandavoidopeningthedoorunnecessarilytominimize
frostbuildup.
Iffrostispreventingthedoorfromclosingproperly,youmayneedtopowertheunitoffuntilthefrostmelts.
Useasoftabsorbenttoweltodrytheunit.
NormalSounds
Yournewwineandbeveragerefrigeratormaymakesoundsthatarenotfamiliartoyou.Mostofthenewsounds
arenormal.Hardsurfaceslikethefloororwallscanmakethesoundsseemlouderthantheyactuallyare.The
followingdescribesthekindsofsoundsthatmightbenewtoyouandwhatmaybemakingthem.
Rattlingnoisesmaycomefromtheflowoftherefrigerantorthewaterline.
