1. Loading the batteries: Remove the single screw retaining the battery cover. Now remove the
transmitter’s battery cover. Load 6 x AA batteries (not included) ensuring that the correct polarity
is observed.
2. Ensuring that the helicopter is switched off, connect the plug at the end of the charger’s lead in the
helicopter’s battery socket. Now plug the charger into a mains wall socket. When charging, the LED

4. TRANSMITTER KEY FUNCTIONS

6. SAFETY PRECAUTION
The transmitter’s Left/Right steering control lever can be switched as per the
user’s wishes by simply pressing down the right control lever. By doing so, the
function of the original left control steering will be shifted to the right control
steering. Press it once again and it will return to left control steering.

Place the helicopter carefully on the ground, turn the power switch


Please be sure to carry out the initial binding of the helicopter to the transmitter by following the steps
below
1. Firstly, please switch the power to the helicopter and transmitter OFF.


3. Ensure the throttle on the transmitter is in its lowest position (stick pulled back) and then switch
ON the transmitter. An LED light will indicate the transmitter is ON. A buzzer will send out a ‘‘di di”
sound to show that a bind is in progress. When the bind process (which is automatic) is complete,
the sound will stop. DO NOT switch off either the helicopter or transmitter, as this will lose the
binding process and you will need to begin again.
4. The helicopter is now ready for use, assuming it has not been turned OFF after this process.
(Simply repeat the steps each time the helicopter is switched ON).
5. When using multiple helicopters at the same time, ensure each one is bound in turn, but DO NOT
switch any OFF.

13. READING THE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY DATA & CHARGING
Disconnect the included USB cable from the helicopter and connect

“removable disc” in the “My Computer” directory. Double click it to
read the data inside the aerial camera. Please copy the aerial
photography data from the disk to the computer and then browse to

the USB port immediately as the USB port also charges the camera.

1) Check if the 2.5mm video transmitter plug has been inserted into the AV output jack on the aerial
camera.
2) Check if the red LED on the transmitter is ON or not. If it is not ON, it means the plug is not
connected correctly in the AV port. Unplug and then re-connect. Should the problem not be

3) Check if the transmitting frequency on the video transmitter is the same as the receiving frequency.
4) If unable to receive any images, this may be due to the DIP switch having been set

14. REAL TIME AUDIO & VIDEO DURING FLIGHT

Fix the video transmitter on the tail boom and
then insert the 2.5mm plug into the AV output jack
of the aerial camera. Switch on the camera. This
time the red LED on the video transmitter will be
ON, meaning it has started working.
Push up and down the DIP switch on the
transmitter to set the frequency. For this
helicopter, there are four transmitting frequencies
available. Set the DIP switch as shown in the
illustration.
The DIP switches on the back of the transmitter
are for setting the receiving frequency. Ensure
you match the receiving and transmitting
frequencies. If the transmitter is set to Channel
A, then so too must the receiver.
