To allow the radio to be powered on while the vehicle is oﬀ. Disclaimer - Not wiring with an addional

switch may cause the vehicle baery to go dead and radio could turn on by itself due to the wireless

funconality.

1) Disconnect the bullets on the red wire behind the radio.

2) Connect a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) switch in between these bullets (as pictured below).

3) Move the red wire of the radio from the accessory post to the baery post on the bus bar.

4) Mount the switch somewhere easily accessable. The switch must be turned on any me you want

the radio.
