Mounting instructions
1. Demontera underdelen på vindkåpan.
2. Demontera sadelenheten (Sadel och kåpa).
3. Palla upp cykeln så att bakhjulet hänger fritt från
marken.
4. Lossa hela bakskärmen med el arrangemang och
batteri, även batteri kablarna bör lossas.
5. Demontera draglänksskruven och de båda
stötdämparskruvarna, lyft bakhjulet och
demontera stötdämparen nedåt.
6. Montering av Öhlin-dämparen:
Starta med att föra upp gasbehållaren och
hydraul förspännaren, upp och ut på vänster sida,
följ efter med stötdämparen och montera övre
stötdämparskruven. Lyft bakhjulet och montera
draglänksskruven och nedre stötdämparskruven.
7. Montera gasbehållaren i original fästet och
hydraul förspännaren i "fäst örat" på aluminium
bakramen.
8. Återmontera bakskärm och el arrangemang.
9. Montera sadel enheten, lyft ned cykeln från
uppallningen och montera vindkåpan
10 Se till att samtliga skruvar är åtdragna.
1. Remove the lower part of the fairing.
2. Remove the complete seat/cover unit.
3. Put the motorcycle on a stand so that the rear
wheel does not thouch the ground.
4. Loosen the rear mudguard (including all
electrical connections) and move it rearwards
enough to be able to remove the shock reservoir,
and be able to mount the Öhlins reservoir.
5. Remove the bolt to the draglink and the two
bolts holding the shock, remove the shock
downwards.
6. Mounting of the new Öhlins shockabsorber will
start by pulling the reservoir and the preload
adjuster upwards and out on the left side, follow
with the shock itself and mount the upper bolt.
Lift teh rear wheel and mount the draglink bolt
and the lower shockbolt.
7. Mount the reservoir in the original bracket and
preload adjuster in mounting bracket on
subframe.
8. Restore rear fender and electrical arrangement.
9. Mount seat/cover unit and the lower part of the
fairing.
10 Make sure that all bolts are tightened.
Groove / Spår
Lock nut /Låsmutter
På denna modell finns en ändögla/bygel monterad
som är justerbar på längden.
Öglan/bygeln får ej skruvas ut längre än att spåret
blir helt synligt under låsmuttern. Se skiss. Se till
att låsmuttern är fastdragen efter justering.
This model has an adjustable end eye/bracket
mounted. The end eye/bracket must not be threaded
out more than that the groove is visible beneath the
lock nut. See fig. Make shure that the lock nut is
tightened after adjustment
