Purpose of the Document
The purpose of this document is to provide a description of how to use the Reseller Admin Portal to unlock
merchant accounts and reset merchant passwords for QwickPAY accounts managed by the Reseller. This portal is
provided to the Reseller as a value-added application and service, so that Resellers may provide Level 1 support for
their merchants needing immediate assistance with unlocking merchant accounts and resetting merchant passwords.
This site works best with Google’s Chrome which can be downloaded for FREE.

2 Unlock Merchant Accounts
2.1 Unlock Merchant Account
The steps necessary to unlock merchant accounts that are in a “locked” state due to too many failed login
attempts with an incorrect password.

This is the Reseller’s Username assigned by
support@magensa.net

Password*
This is the Password credential generated by
support@magensa.net
4.
Reseller*
CUSTCODE for Reseller. This code will be assigned by
MagTek Accounting
5.
MerchantID*
Merchant ID for the QwickPAY Merchant. This ID will
be assigned by MagTek during the Merchant Onboarding
process
6.
Unlock
Merchant
Account
Once steps 2 through 5 are complete, press the Unlock
Merchant Account button (highlighted in gray text) to
unlock the account.

Merchant Password button (highlighted in gray text) to
send the Password Reset email
