BM80544-DISP ASSEMBLY GUIDE

1. Install the axle through the hole in the center of the wheel, then slide

a washer on the axle. Insert the axle through the mounting hole in the

pressure washer as shown, then install hitch pin to secure.

3. Insert the bolts provided through

the aligned holes as shown.

Install the lock nut and tighten

securely using 10 mm and

13 mm wrenches. Torque to

50 in-lbs.

5. Assemble the trigger handle and spray wand.

2. Insert the handle into the frame so the holes in the handle align with the

holes in the frame.

4. Align the holes in the

storage panel with the holes

in the handle as shown.

Install screws through the

left side (viewed from the

front). Install nuts and

tighten securely using

Phillips screwdriver and

10 mm wrench.

Align trigger handle holder

with holes on the opposite

side as shown. Install

remaining screws and nuts

and tighten securely.

6. Place the trigger handle into the holder

and secure using the zip tie as

shown. Trim off the

excess and discard.
