LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer’s warranty to the original consumer purchaser is: This product is free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We will repair or replace,
at our discretion, parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. This warranty is subject to the following
limitations and exclusions:
1) Commercial Use Warranty period for any product used for commercial or rental is limited to ninety (90) days from date of
original purchase.
2) Limitations This warranty applies only to products which have been properly assembled, adjusted, and operated in
accordance with the instructions contained within this manual. This warranty does not apply to any product
of Super4ce Products., that has been subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or installation,
or shipping damage.
3) Exclusions Excluded from this warranty are normal wear, normal adjustments, and normal maintenance.
In the event you have a claim under this warranty, you must return the product to an authorized service dealer. All transportatio
n
charges, damage, or loss incurred during transportation of parts submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty shall be

the mower will be needed before any warranty claim can be processed

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME TIME PERIODS STATED HEREIN FOR ALL EXPRESSED
WARRANTIES. Some states do not allow the limitation of consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied
warranty may last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and
you may have other rights, which vary from state-to-state. This is a limited warranty as defined by the Magnuson-Moss Act o
f
1975.

•Keep the operating speed LOW !! Do not operate over 5 MPH (8 KPH)
•Be sure that the area is clear before operating. Children are often attracted to the machine and
operating activity. Never assume that children will remain where you last saw them. Keep
children under the watchful care of another responsible adult.
•Read this manual and learn to operate this equipment safely.
•Stop and inspect the equipment if you strike an object. Repair if necessary before restarting.
•Dress properly. Do not operate when bare foot or wearing open sandals.
•Do not operate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
•Operate attachments up and down slopes. There is a significant risk of overturns when operating across
slopes
•Oil or grease moving parts as required.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Always wear safety glasses, a dust mask, and proper clothing to
avoid contact with any chemicals or dangerous materials that are
being applied by this spreader.
2. Always remove any contents that are in the spreader’s hopper
before attaching, detaching, or lifting the unit.
3. Always refer to the load rating for the towing vehicle which
should be located in the vehicle’s owners manual. Make sure
that the weight of the unit plus the weight of the contents in the
hopper do not exceed that of the vehicles recommended load
rating.
4. To avoid damage to this unit and prevent personal injury
NEVER load the hopper heavier than the maximum limit
specified.
5. Stay clear of all moving and spinning parts of this unit.
6. Always follow directions from the package of the material you
are applying with this unit.
7. This unit is not designed to spread sand or gravel. These abrasive
materials can cause premature failure of the unit.
Operating Instructions
1. After assembling unit, attach to the hitch of ATV or lawn tractor.
2. Read and follow directions on the package of the material being
spread by this unit.
3. Fill hopper with desired material to be spread by this unit not
exceeding maximum load of 175lbs.
4. Adjust the handle (Ref. #35) on the gauge assembly (Ref. #40) so
that it is at the desired setting. Then tighten the wing nut (Ref.
#32) on the gauge assembly to set the desired opening. This
allows the driver to set the opening to the same place each time of
use.
5. Begin to tow the unit to initiate spreading.
6. Always clean and dry entire unit after each use to avoid rust and
corrosion from fertilizers/chemicals used.

1. Remove and identify loose parts from carton and bag.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Assemble each side of axle in this order: First flat washer Ø20, then spacer bushing, then a second flat washer Ø20, then tire,
then a third flat washer Ø20 onto the end of the axle. Finally, insert the Ø4x40 cotter pin into the small hole at end of the axle, and
bend cotter pin to secure. (See illustration a).
2. Repeat at the opposite side of axle.
3. On the axle side with hole Ø7 on inside of tire; put drive pin through hole of inside of wheel hub and axle. (See illustration b)
STEP 2
1.Align the hole at the flat end
of Hitch Tube with the hole in
the middle of the Crossover
Tube (the hitch tube should be
on the top side of the crossover
tube).Loosely secure the two
parts using Hex Bolt M6x50,
Flat Washer Ø and Nut M6.
(see illustration c)
2.Install the Adjustable Plate
Support Tube on the Hitch Tube
using Hex Bolt M8x50 and
Lock Nut M8(see illustration d)
Step3
1. Loosely secure two Hitch Braces to the rear, horizontal hole on the hitch tube Bolt M6x50 and Nylon Nut M6.(see
illustration e)
2. Loosely secure two Hitch Braces to the lowest, horizontal hole on the Adjust Plate Support Tube by using Bolt M6x50
and Nylon Nut M6. (see illustration f)
3. Loosely secure the remaining loose ends of the braces with the horizontal hole in the front bend of the Install Tube
Assembly using Bolt M6x50 and Nylon Nut M6. (see illustration g) Adjust the position of Hitch Tube, Across Rod and
Hitch Brace to assure proper alignment. Tighten all nuts (in illustration c-g).
Step 4
1. Insert the head of Axle on Frame Tube Assembly into the Swivel Bushing at the bottom of Hopper Assembly
2. Loosely secure the Hopper Assembly to the Frame using six Bolt M6x50 with Flat Washer Ø6 and Nylon Flat Washer
Ø6(washers are installed inside the hopper) and Nylok Nut M6. Adjust parts of the Hoper Assembly to assure the axle is
able to turn freely. Tighten all the Nylok Nut M6. (see illustration h)
3. Insert the R Pin Ø3x75 into the hole on top of Swivel Axle. (see illustration i)
Step 5
1. Place the Hopper Screen in the Hopper Assembly (see illustration J)
2. Install the support rod into the hole in the hopper using Hex Bolts M6x20, Flat WashersØ6 and
nylon washers.
Step 6
1. Loosely secure Adjust Handle Assembly and Support Bar using two Bolts M8x40 and two Nylon Lock Nuts M8.
2.Install one Flat Washer Ø8 at the lower head of Adjust Rod. Then insert Adjust Rod into the hole of Rod Base.
Secure them by using a Nylon Lock Nut M8. (See illustration K and L)
3.Adjust the Adjust Handle to assure the Active Adjustable Plate opens and closes properly. Then tighten all of the
Nylon Lock Nuts M8.
Step 7
1. Secure the Hitch Bracket to the head of Hitch Tube using two Hex Bolts M6x50 and Nylon Lock Nuts M6. (See illustration M)
Note:
The length of the tongue depends on which holes are used for mounting the hitch bracket.
