UBJECT: Return Material Authorization (RMA) Returns Notice

OVERVIEW

When returning assemblies, bulkheads, and/or fixtures to Vari-Lite under a Vari-Lite Return

Material Authorization (RMA) number, do not send any auxiliary or third-party assemblies, or

components. Only return the assembly, bulkhead, or fixture as specified by the Vari-Lite RMA.

Note: This notice is to alert authorized service centers of this policy. This is NOT a notice to

inspect, repair, or replace any unit. This notice is for informational purposes only.

If there are any questions as to any aspect of this Technical Notice, please contact Vari-Lite

COMMENTS

• When returning any assembly or bulkhead, send only the assembly or bulkhead specified in

the RMA obtained from Vari-Lite Customer Service. Do not return, including, but not limited

to, cables, gobos, fans, mounting hardware, etc.

• When returning any VARI

❋LITE fixture, please remove and retain, including, but limited to,

any gobos, truss mounting hardware, third-party components, etc.

• Vari-Lite is not responsible for any components shipped to Vari-Lite that are not specified on

the RMA.
