Concise Information
Quick Start
1. Pull the baking mould upward out of the appliance.
2. Place the kneading paddle on the drive shafts of the baking
mould. Make sure that it is fixed properly.
3. Place the ingredients for your recipe into the baking mould
in the specified sequence. First add the liquids, sugar and
salt, then flour, adding the yeast as the last ingredient.
4. Place the baking mould back in the appliance. Ensure that
it engages correctly.
5. Close the appliance lid.
6. Insert the power plug into the socket. A signal tone sounds
and, in the display , the programme number and
duration for Programme 1 appears.
7. Select the programme you want with the button Select .
8. Select the level of browning required for your bread with
the button Browning .
9. With the button "Bread Weight" select the weight of
bread you would like.
10. You now have the opportunity to set the time for completion
of the baking period with the function button Timer .
Starting the Programme
Start the programme with the button Start/Stop .
The programme will carry out the various operations
automatically.
Ending the Programme
To interrupt a Programme, briefly press the Start/Stop
button , a signal tone sounds and the time blinks.
To end a Programme, press the button Start/Stop for
3 seconds, until a signal tone sounds.
To switch the appliance off, remove the power plug from
the wall socket.
When the baking process has been completed,
10 acoustic signals are sounded and the display indicates
0:00.

Start/Stop
To Start/Stop the appliance or to delete a Timer function, press
the Start/Stop button until a long signal tone is heard.
Level of browning (or Rapid modus)
Select the desired level of browning (light/medium/dark) or chan-
ge into the Rapid modus (Rapid). Press the button repeatedly
until the arrow appears over the desired level of browning (or
"Rapid"). The baking time alters itself dependant on the selected
level of browning.

Operation indicator lamp
The operation indicator lamp indicates with its glowing that
a programme is currently running.
Bread weight
Select the bread weight ( 750 g / 1000 g / 1250 g).
Press the button repeatedly until the arrow appears under
the desired weight.
Programme selection (Menu)
Calling up the desired baking programme. In the display
appears the Programmme Number and the relevant baking time.
