1. Read this Instruction Manual carefully to maximise

this appliance’s performance and keep for future

reference.

2.This appliance can be used by children aged from 8

years and above and persons with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of

experience and knowledge if they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the

hazards involved. Children shall not play with the

appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not

be made by children without supervision.

3.Always ensure that your power supply voltage

matches this appliance’s rating label.

4.Do not pull the power cable to disconnect with the

power source. Always grasp the plug to pull it out.

5.If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by

the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly

qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Do not

use if there are any visible signs of damage to the

appliance.

6. Warning: in order to avoid overheating,

7. Always position the appliance with the mains plug

in an accessible position and avoid the use of an

near heat sources, humid environments or in

places near water or other liquids such as

bathrooms, shower or swimming pool.

10.WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a

device to control the room temperature. Do not

use this heater in small rooms when they are

occupied by persons not capable of leaving the

room on their own, unless constant supervision is

provided.

11.Do not use the appliance in wardrobes or near

fabrics or clothing. Do not stand the appliance on

deep pile carpets.

12.Do not use the appliance in areas where petrol,

paints or other flammable substances are used or

stored.

13.Do not use in very dusty areas as dust may

accumulate on the heating elements and cause

overheating.

14.Ensure that the unit is used on a stable and level

surface. If the floor surface is uneven there is a

risk that the appliance could tip over. Also,

excessive vibration and noise may occur. If the

appliance should be accidentally tipped over,

please immediately disconnect from the power

supply.

15.Do not place any part of your body near the air

inlet and outlet to avoid personal injury, electric

shock or fire.

16.Avoid obstructing the air inlet and the air outlet.

17.Never leave the appliance unattended while in

operation. Always unplug the appliance when not

in use.

WARNING: Always unplug the power cable before

servicing or moving the unit.

18.This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do

not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Always use

the handle when moving the heater (if available)

or hold on the sides if not available (make sure the

unit is turned off). Keep combustible materials

such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers,

clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from

the front of the heater and keep them at least 1

foot (0.3m) from the sides and rear.

19.Do not operate with wet hands or spill water or

other liquids on to the appliance the mains cable

or plug.

20.Do not use the heater outdoor.

21.Children of less than 3 years should be kept away

unless continuously supervised.

22.Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years

shall only switch on/off the appliance provided

that it has been placed or installed in its intended

normal operating position and they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use

of the appliance in a safe way and understand

the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years

and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate

and clean the appliance or perform user

maintenance.

23.CAUTION — Some parts of this product can

become very hot and cause burns. Particular

attention has to be given where children and

vulnerable people are present.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

OPERATION

Check before turning on the heater.

1. Check if the power cable is in good condition.

2. This product uses 220-240V AC power supply, before use,

confirm that the rated current of the power socket meets the

local requirements with a safe grounding device, if not, replace it

with a qualied socket.

Put the heater on a flat place

Uneven surfaces may cause the tip over switch to activate, then

the heater will not work after turning on. Always put the heater on

a flat surface.

Temperature Control

Insert the plug into the power socket, then turn the Temperature

Control clockwise. When hearing the beep sound (it means the

temperature controller is on), adjust the Temperature Control to

the desired temperature level.

Power Selection Control

Turn the Power selection control to select between 3 functions:

Fan only, Low 1200W (LOW), High 2000W(HIGH).

Turn off the Heater

A. Turn the Power selection control to OFF position.

B. Turn the Temperature Control anticlockwise to the initial

position.

C. Remove the power plug and store the heater after it has

completely cooled down.

Safety Protection

1.Overheat protection: When the temperature in the heater is too

high due to abnormality in the environment or improper use,

the thermostat device can automatically cut off the power and

the heater stops working. After the whole heater has cooled

down, the heater can return to normal use.

2.Inversion protection: When the whole heater is inverted, the

safety system will automatically cut off the power, and will

return to normal working state after the body is placed upright.

SAFETY CONTROL

Your heater is fitted with a safety device "Double Protector" that

(1) switches off the heater by thermal cut-off in the event of

overheating or malfunction, It will reset when the temperature

reduces to a normal level. (2) Shuts off the heater by thermal fuse

in the event of overheating or malfunction so it does not operate

due to some other accidental reason.

If overheating or malfunctions continue, return the heater to an

Approved Service Agent for examination.

The most common cause of overheating is deposits of dust or fluff

entering the heater, Ensure these deposits are removed regularly

by unplugging the heater and vacuum cleaning the air vents and

front grille.

PILOT LIGHT

This heater is equipped with a pilot light that illuminates whenever

the heater is plugged in and turned on. It will remains on even if the

thermostat has the heating elements off. This feature is to prevent

you from being unaware that the heater is operating and

maintaining the temperature of the room.

When you do not wish the heater to control the room temperature,

turn the control switch to O (off) and remove the plug from the

electrical outlet.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Accumulated dust may be removed from the heater with a

soft cloth. Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater occasionally

with a cloth moistened (not dripping wet) with a solution of mild

detergent and water. Dry the case thoroughly with a soft dry

cloth before operating the heater.

2. The fan motor is lubricated by the factory, and will require no

further lubrication.

3. No other user maintenance is required or recommended. If

service is required, send your heater to the nearest authorized

service depot.

4. Store heater in a clean and dry place when not in use.

REMEMBER - portable electric heaters are designed for spot

heating, or as a supplementary heat source. They are not intended

to be main sources of heat during the winter season.

Note: There may be trace of smoke or odour when the heater is

first operated. Do not be alarmed. This indicates that a drop of oil

fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. It will

quickly evaporate, and should not re-occur.

15.Ikke plasser noen del av kroppen din nær

18.Varmeovnen blir varm når den er i bruk. For å
