Henny Penny FDS-200 is a portable fryer dump station designed to improve frying production, save on counter space, and offer flexibility of use and location.

Constructed of top quality stainless steel, the FDS-200 features a perforated stainless steel insert sloped for scooping French fries or other small fried items, a removable side drip shield, and a drain pan with cover. Convenient enclosed storage inside the unit with hinged door access provides additional functionality.

The FDS-200's four swivel casters, two locking, ensure easy mobility and stability.

The FDS-100 is a compact,
portable fryer product dump station
utilizing a standard steam table pan
with enclosed storage below.
The FDS-200 is designed to the
same dimensions and profile as the
320 Series fryers. This model
features a perforated stainless steel
insert and separate drain pan with
cover.
Both models are available with
optional 120V, 750W heat lamp.

Series 320 fryer dimensions and profile, for
improving fryer work flow and speeding
production.
• Constructed of top quality stainless steel.
• Model FDS-100 shall include stainless
steel crumb pan. Well is sized to accept
standard full-size steam table pan.
• Model FDS-200 shall be designed with
angled perforated insert that permits
excess oil to drain into covered drain pan
below.
• Units shall feature enclosed storage with
cabinet door.
