1 Unbox the frame, wheels, towarm and fasteners. Disassemblethe frame and

the basket by loosening the 5 screws underneath, save the screws for later.

2 Assemble the two axles to the frame. Use two 19 mm open wrenches.

3 Assemblethe basket to the frame using the 5 screws and washers

saved from step 1. Use Loctite 243 and tighten to 8 Nm with a torx 30.

4 Mount the wheels to the axle. Add Loctite 243 to the large M12 screw.

Use an allen key 8 and an open 19 mm wrench to tighten it to 50 Nm.

Tighten with the allen key and hold the wrench to counteract the rotation.

5 Slide the trailer arm into the frame. Fix it with two bolts, one vertically

through the basket and the frame and one horizontally in front. Use

torx 30 and 10 mm wrench, and torx 45 and 13 mm wrench.
