Q: What kind of battery you can provide?

Q: What is the capacity of production?

A: CFE has 13 production lines with a total capacity of 12Gwh for both storage and E-mobility.

Q：How long is the warranty period?

A： Our limited warranty is valid for a period 5 years (12.8V products) /10 years (51.2V products) after

delivery. It is restricted by specifications and warranty terms.

Q: How long is the estimated delivery time?

A: The delivery time is within 25 days after receiving the payment.

Q: Are you able to handle shipment transportation?

A: We can arrange the shipment to most places as required.

Q: What kind of certification do you have?

A: We have SGS, TÜV, IEC 62040-1, IEC 62109-1, IEC 62109-2, IEC 62619, UN38.3, IEC 62133, CEC, UL,

MSDS, ISO 9001 certifications, but each product may be different.

Q: What kind of product quality your factory offer?

A: We provide the most competitive products at the highest quality. (100% cell sorting test under inner

resistance ≦2mΩ, voltage differ ≦ 2mV,100% EOL test, 100 % aging, 100% final product testing)

Q: Can we print our logo on products?
