Quick Reference Guide
Brief Operational Overview
Remove the battery cover (A) and battery insulator (B).
Press the ON/OFF button (D) to turn the tester on (off or calibrate).
Press the Setup button (C) to navigate menu items and press
the ON/OFF button (D) to configure item option.
Using FC097 meat blade (sold separately)
Slide the o-ring (E) (supplied with blade) onto the electrode.
Screw the blade collar ring (F) until the threads are engaged.

Features include: electrode condition, GLP with time-stamp,
live-readings, stability criteria, calibration reminder, pH (mV) and
temperature alarms, tester ID, data sharing
Download the App and enable Bluetooth® on your device.
Start the application. When the tester is in discoverable
mode, it appears in the list of “Available Devices”.
Within the App, tap “Connect” to pair the tester with the
device. Readings are transmitted directly to the application.
Once connected, option to press ON/OFF button and tag
current measurement. is displayed. Tap to annotate.
Best Practice
Remove blade prior to calibration.
Only work with clean, calibrated electrodes.
When not in use, remove the blade and add a few drops of
storage solution to the protective cap to keep junction hydrated.
Store the blade dry and clean, in the tester package (designated
slot), with cap on. Keep the o-ring with the blade.
