Chopper
To disassemble for cleaning:
1. Press down and rotate knob clockwise to lock
into place. You will see a dot next to the lock
graphic when knob is locked.
2. Twist to remove bottom cup and cover.
Remove wiper using side grips.
3. Carefully unscrew blade cartridge using side
grips counterclockwise.
To use:
1. Remove bottom cover and place food in chamber.
Do not overfill; e.g., we recommend chopping
onions in thirds for best results. Keep wiper in
place while using the Chopper for easy cleanup.
2. Replace cover and place flat on surface, or chop
directly on cutting board.
3. Press knob repeatedly to chop until food reaches
desired consistency.
4. Remove cup from Chopper. Use wiper to remove
excess from blades. Wash promptly after use.
To reassemble:
1. Screw blade cartridge onto Chopper body
clockwise using side grips.
2. Carefully align blades on Chopper with the
wiper and attach.
3. Reattach cup and bottom cover.
4. When ready to use Chopper, unlock knob.
Cleaning & Care
Keep Chopper in locked position with bottom cap
on when not in use for convenient storage.
All parts are dishwasher safe.
If washing by hand, carefully clean blades with a
thin brush or sponge promptly after use.
