1 Proper use
The material stand serves as a manual help to feed or as a support for long parts on metal belt
saws or other machines. The maximun load of the material stand amounts to 360 kg.
2 Safety advices
WARNING!
Before using the material stand, make sure
- that no persons are endangered,
- that no material is being damaged.
Avoid any working method which might endanger the safety:
Always make sure that the maximum load of the material stand is not exceeded.
Make sure that no one is endangered by your work.
Imparatively follow the instructions of this operating manual for the operation and mainte-
nance work.
Follow the regulations for the prevention of occupationals accidents of the employer’s liablility
insurance association of your company or of any other supervising authority.
Always make sure that no persons are endanged if the workpiece gets off-center or if it is fal-
ling down.
Repairs on the material stand must only be performed by specialist staff.
Wear safety shoes.

4Operation
4.1 Safety
Only commission the material stand under the following conditions:
The material stand is used as intended
The operating manual is being followed
4.2 Hight-adjustable material stand
To be able to adjust the height of the material stand:
Loosen the cap screws with an adequate key.
Adjust the to the required height .
Re-fasten the cap screws with an appropriate key.
CAUTION!
Make sure that the pillars with the
cap screws of the height-adjusta-
ble material stand are firmly bolted
before using the material stand.
Otherwise, the positioning of the
stands would no longer be guaran-
teed in case of loading.
