Fading,mildew,andcolordiscolorationduetoexposuretotheelements,chemicalsandspillsarenot

covered.

 ThePowdercoatand/orpaintarewarrantedoneyearagainstblistering,peeling,orcrackling.

Fadingduetoexposuretoelements,chemicalsandspillsisnotcovered.Scratchesandchipsduetonormal

wearandusearenotcovered.

 WickerWeavearewarrantedoneyearagainstbreakage,separation,ortearing.

Fadingordiscolorationduetoexposurefromchemicals,spillsand/ortheelementsisnotcovered.

 Warrantycoversfreereplacementofitemwithinoneyearofpurchase.Aftertheoneyearitremainsthe

customer'sresponsibilityforfreightandpackagingchargestoandfromourservicecenter.

 Wedonotcompensatetheindividualoranyoutsidepartyforassemblingordisassemblingtheproduct.

 Anyreplacementofwarranteditemswillbeintheoriginalstyleandcolor,orsimilarstyleandcolorifthe

originalisun‐availableorhasbeendiscontinued.

Step 1: Attach back frame (B) to seat frame

(A) by lining up upper bolt holes on back

frame (B) with corresponding bolt holes

on seat frame (A). Secure with M6x30 bolt & washer

(AA) and plastic washer (BB) using Allen

wrench (CC) to loosely tighten. Do not completely

tighten.

Step 2: Line up lower bolt holes on back

frame (B) with corresponding bolt holes on

seat frame (A). Secure with M6x30 bolt & washer (AA)

and plastic washer (BB) using Allen wrench (CC)

to tighten.

Step 3: Completely tighten all the bolts. Return recliner to upright position on a flat level surface.

Ensure all connections are secure before use. Place the cushion (C) on the recliner and tie the

velcro straps.
