ESAB V-601A Constant Potential Welding Power Supply provides constant voltage, direct current, transformer-rectifier type of unit. It performs in exactly the same way as all other versions. Its output is specifically tailored for flux-cored wire welding, but the power supply may be used for submerged arc applications within its range. This power supply is provided with a fixed volt-ampere static characteristic making it possible to select welding conditions by means of open circuit voltage adjustment.
