Power On Press and hold the power button located on the side of the SOS Fob.
The LED indicators should flash green and blue.
Power Off Press and hold the power button and the SOS button for around 2-3
seconds simultaneously. Always cancel any timers before doing this.
2) Creating, Updating, Restarting and Cancelling Timers
If you fail to update your timer and it elapses, you will receive a call to your SOS Fob or to your phone number registered with LONEALERT.
This is to notify you that your timer has expired and requires updating to let people know that you are OK.
You will need to press the SOS button to end the call. This will give you 5 minutes to either cancel your timer or start a new timer (Press
the side button to do this). If you do not update or cancel your timer within this period of time, you will receive a second phone call which
will raise an alert.
6) Answer/End call 7) How to raise a panic alarm
If you have our LONEALERT ARC set as your first point of contact, your SOS Fob will raise a
2 way call with them. If this disconnects, the ARC can remotely re-connect the call.
If your SOS Fob is set up to follow your company's internal procedure, the relevant
contacts will receive an automated message, alerting them that you have raised a panic.
This allows them to action the alert and try to get in contact with you.
To answer an incoming call, press the
SOS button.
If you are currently on a call (e.g.
custom timer function), you can press
the SOS button to end the call.
