Ensure to read all instructions and warnings in this user guide prior to first use. Retain this
user guide for future reference.
Consult your physician before using this machine. Consultations are recommended
especially for those with pre-existing medical conditions (for example, diabetes).
If you are feeling unwell, do not use the machine.
If you experience discomfort or experience adverse effects when using the machine,
stop using the machine immediately.
Keep children away from this machine. This machine is for adult use only.
Do not cover the machine when in use. This may cause the motor to overheat and
malfunction.
This machine is made for use whilst sitting. The maximum weight it can directly
sustain is 25kg.
Do not stand on the machine.
Do not use or store the machine in wet, humid, or dusty environments.
Do not use or store the machine under direct sunlight or heat.
Do not operate the machine with wet hands.
Do not insert or allow any foreign material to enter the machine.
Do not place the power cord under the machine.
Do not place any weight on the power cord as this may lead to damage.
Do not wind the power cord around the machine as this may lead to potential
damage, electric shock, and fire.
Do not pull on the power cord to move the machine. Instead, use the handle on the
machine’s body to move it.

Ensure to turn off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning, and after
each use.
If the machine is being used and is followed by a power outage, stop use
immediately. A sudden restoration of power may lead to potential injuries if feet are
on the machine.
Batteries required to power the remote (x2 AAA) are not included.

Place the machine on a level surface below where you will sit.
Plug the power cord into a socket and switch on the socket. Press the POWER button
on the control panel or remote to turn the stepper on.
Select the desired function by pressing the FUNCTION button on the control panel or
remote.
Sit down and place your feet onto the pedals. Press the START/STOP button on the
remote to begin the function.
Functions/programs
This stepper contains 4 functions. These include 3 pre-set functions set to run for 30
minutes and a manual function. These programs are activated by pressing the FUNCTION
button on the control panel or remote. The stepper will show the corresponding program set
with its display.
P1: Press the FUNCTION button on the control panel or remote once to activate this
program. This program starts with the pedals moving backwards before alternating
between going forwards and backwards over a gradual increase and decrease in
speed.
P2: Press the FUNCTION button on the control panel or remote twice to activate this
program. This program starts with the pedals moving forwards before alternating
between going forwards and backwards over a gradual increase and decrease in
speed.
P3: Press the FUNCTION button on the control panel or remote three times to
activate this program. This program starts with the pedals moving forwards before
alternating between going forwards and backwards over quicker increases and
decreases in speed.
Manual program (HA): Press the FUNCTION button on the control panel or remote
until you see ‘HA’ on the display. There are no pre-set running times in this program,
and you can manually control the direction and speed of the stepper.
Speed
This stepper features five different pedal speeds (01, 02, 03, 04, 05).
To adjust the speed, press the SPEED button on the control panel, or the speed adjustment
buttons on the remote until the desired speed is reached. The speed will be shown on the
display.
OPERATION
Note:
User adjustments to the speed and direction are only available in the manual program.
Direction
The pedals on the stepper can be set to go forwards, or backwards.
To change the direction, press the DIRECTION button on the control panel or remote.
Mode
Pressing the MODE button changes what is seen on the display. The light indicator next to
each mode will illuminate when the display is showing the corresponding related
information. These include the following:
Remote battery replacement
This remote requires x2 AAA batteries to power it.
To replace the batteries, take off the back cover of the remote and remove the old
batteries.
Taking note of the polarity markings, insert the new batteries into the remote. Place
the battery cover back on.
SCAN Displays the codes of the various functions of the stepper.
TIME Displays the amount of time that has elapsed in the current session.
DISTANCE Displays the equivalent walking distance in the current session in metres.
SPEED Displays the current speed.
COUNTER Displays the accumulated pedals made.
CALORIE Displays the number of calories burned in the current session.
Note:
Do not wiggle or wrap the power cord around the stepper.
Do not store the stepper near heat sources or in places with high humidity (for
example, bathrooms).
Cleaning
Ensure the stepper is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
To clean, wipe the surface with a damp cloth soaked and wrung out with mild detergent.
Storage
Place the stepper in a dry, ventilated, and cool area.
CLEANING & CARE
