of time.

15. Do not store your device in very hot or very cold locations. It is

recommended to use your device at room temperature.

16. Do not use if visible defects are observed on the wireless

charger or power supply.

17. Do not attempt to service, modify, or disassemble the wireless

charger or power supply.

18. Use of a power supply not recommended may result in an

increased risk of fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the

user, product, or other property.

19. Wireless charging power transmission rate is regulated by

the wireless charging device receiving power which can

be influenced by factors like, but not limited to, proprietary

charging protocols, ambient temperature, current battery

percentage level and age of the device being charged.

The marking information is located at the bottom of apparatus.

FCC Statement

The device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is

subject to the following two conditions:(1) this device may not

cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any

interference received, including interference that may cause

undesired operation.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with

the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC

Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection

5 Year Limited Warranty

WorkLife Brands LLC warrants, to the original purchaser, this

NXT Technologies product against defects in material and

workmanship under normal use and service for 5 (five) years

from the original date of purchase. WorkLife Brands LLC, at its

option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this

warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the

date of purchase as it will be required for any warranty service. In

order to keep the warranty in effect, the product must have been

handled and used as described in the instructions accompanying

this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due

to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. To make a warranty

Limitation Of Liability

Except to the extent of repairing or replacing this product as

expressly stated in the limited warranty described herein, WorkLife

Brands LLC shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct,

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or otherwise,

including lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss

or recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime,

damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory

of recovery, including statutory, contract or tort. Notwithstanding

the term of any limited or implied warranty, or in the event that

any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will

WorkLife Brands LLC’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of

this product. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion

or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above

limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty

gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary

from state to state and province to province.
