Guide-me-home lighting

After the ignition has been switched off, the headlamps

remain on brieﬂ y to make your exit from the vehicle

easier when the light is poor.

Boot 2-position adjustable boot

tions allows you to:

- maximise the volume of the boot,

seat is in the folded and fully back

Dual-zone digital air conditioning

This system allows you to set a different

level of comfort for the driver and front

passenger. It then controls this level

automatically relative to the ambient

Door mirror adjustment

This operates when the ignition is on.

From the driver's seat, select the mirror

by moving the control 1 , to the left or to

the right, then adjust the mirror in the

four directions using the control 2 .

The demisting/defrosting of the mirrors

is linked with that of the rear screen.

Rear view mirror adjustment

1. Selection of the "day" position of the

mirror.

Press the lighting stalk up or down once,

without passing the point of resistance;

the corresponding direction indicators

will ﬂ ash three times.

You can use this function at any speed,

but it is particularly useful when changing

lane on high-speed roads.

Translucent digital instrument panel Switch panels

A. With the ignition on, the level of fuel

remaining is displayed in the digital

instrument panel

B. With the ignition on, the oil level in-

dicator should display "OIL OK" for

a few seconds.

If the levels are not correct, top up the

levels which are low.

Lighting of the indicator lamp indicates

the status of the corresponding function.

A. Deactivation of the ESP/ASR system.

With the ignition on, the orange and red

warning lamps come on.

With the engine running, these warn-

ing lamps should go off almost immedi-

ately, with the exception of the warning

lamp C (passenger's front airbag activat-

one minute.

Passenger's front airbag Electric child lock

1. Insert the key.

2. Select the position:

"OFF" (deactivation), with "rear facing"

child seat,

"ON" (activation), with front passen-

ger or "forwards facing" child seat.

3. Remove the key keeping the switch

in the new position.

Illumination of the warning lamp A indi-

cates activation of the electric child lock.

A. Front and/or rear seat belts not fas-

tened/unfastened warning lamp.

This 6-speed gearbox offers the choice of

the comfort of automated operation and

the pleasure of manual gear changing.

1. Gear lever.

2. Steering mounted "-" control paddle.

3. Steering mounted "+" control paddle.

The gear engaged or the driving mode

selected appears in the instrument panel

screen.

N. Neutral.

R. Reverse.

1 to 6. Gears engaged.

AUTO. Automated mode.

) Select position N and press the

brake pedal ﬁ rmly while starting the

engine.

Select automated mode (position A ) or

manual mode (position M ) by moving

the gear lever 1 ,

or

engage reverse by pushing the gear

lever 1 to position R .

) Release the parking brake.

) Progressively take your foot off the

brake pedal, then accelerate away.

Going into engine STOP mode

- gear lever in position A or M , when

you release the brake pedal,

- or gear lever in position N and brake

pedal released, when you change to

position A or M ,

- or when you engage reverse.

The "ECO" warning lamp comes on

in the instrument panel and the engine

automatically goes into standby with

the electronic gearbox system :

- at speeds below 5 mph (8 km/h,

when you press the brake pedal or

when you put the gear lever in posi-

tion N .

Going into engine START mode

The "ECO" warning lamp goes

off and the engine restarts au-

tomatically with the electronic

gearbox system :

In some circumstances, STOP mode

may not be available; the "ECO" warn-

ing lamp ﬂ ashes for few seconds, then

goes off.

may be invoked automatically; the

"ECO" warning lamp ﬂ ashes for a few

seconds, then goes off.

Deactivation/Reactivation

You can deactivate the system at any

time by pressing the "ECO OFF" but-

ton; the warning lamp in the button

comes on.
