Grown in volcanic soil found in the Tarrazu region lying South of

San José, Costa Rica, this coffee is guaranteed to give you a spectacular

Guatemala Finca Ceylany Anexos

Grown in the Atitlan region of San Miguel Pochuta at a height of 1200 to

1500 metres on volcanic clay soil, the coffee has a full, round flavour with

Preparation:

and place 2 cubes in each cup. Fill with coffee and top with whipped

cream. Decorate with slices of kumquat and orange zest.

Coffee Marrokine

Ingredients for 2 servings:

• 2 espressos

• 2 tsp brown sugar

• 200 ml cold peppermint tea

• Ice cubes

• Mint

Preparation:

Divide the espresso between the glasses and stir in the brown sugar.

Add the ice cubes and fill with cold mint tea. Garnish with a few mint leaves.

Aztec Coffee

Ingredients for 2 servings:

• 50 g plain chocolate

• 2 generous pinches of ground cinnamon

• 1 generous pinch of ground star anise

• 1 tbsp crushed pink peppercorns

• 2 espresso lungos

• Milk froth to taste

Preparation:

Chop and melt the chocolate. Mix in the cinnamon, star anise and pink

peppercorns. Divide between two pre-warmed glasses. Pour an espresso

lungo into each cup and stir. Top with a little milk froth. Garnish to taste

with cinnamon sticks, star anise and pink peppercorns. Serve hot.
