Broan EB12 is exterior blower, suitable for general ventilating use. The unit has a 10" diameter and can be either wall mounted or roof mounted. It has a 6 AMP minimum electrical circuit requirement (including speed control if used), and must be grounded. The EB12 is designed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury by preventing backdrafting. It is recommended to keep drywall spray, construction dust, etc. off of the unit to avoid motor bearing damage and noisy and/or unbalanced impellers.
