American Range AROFG-30 is a professional grade gas oven with a 4.7 cu. ft. oven cavity and a powerful 30,000 BTU hidden bake oven burner. It features Innovection® Convection Oven Technology, which utilizes dual convection motors and louvered side panels to ensure even heat distribution throughout the oven cavity. This technology allows you to cook food more quickly and evenly, and it can also be used to dehydrate food. The AROFG-30 also has a 15,500 BTU Inconel® banquet broiler burner that produces 1,500°F broiling temperatures, making it perfect for searing meat or browning vegetables.
