Anetsberger Brothers, Inc. BR-34 is a double broiler with two separate cooking surfaces engineered for high-temperature, heavy-duty broiling. The upper section is designed for char-broiling using stainless steel radiants while the lower roll-out section is intended for infra-red broiling utilizing ceramic radiants. Both grid sections have 5 adjustable broiling levels to accommodate different types and thicknesses of food. The broiler has a Flame-Flare control which provides a controlled, uniform supply of fresh heated air to minimize flare-ups and ensure proper broiling.
