NOTE: If the above device driver is not successfully installed, the solutions are as follows:

1. Click the following installation package “ VCP_V1.4.0 Setup ” and install it accroiding to the instructions.

2. After completion, copy the two files into specified folder



Copy mdmcpq.inf to c:\windows\inf



Copy usbser.sys to c:\windows\system32\drivers
