The Electrolux 900-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of
hotels, institutions, hospitals, central kitchens, in-flight kitchens and cruise ships. The series consist of a wide
choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual, free-standing units or assembled into a
complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of cleverly-designed connecting rails. The models
detailed on this sheet have a wet well to maintain food in pots or GN containers at serving temperature.
Models are available with a water tap to the left or right side of the appliance.

EASY TO USE
• The bain marie is used for
keeping cooked food at serving
temperature in cooking pots or GN
containers which are placed in the
preheated well.
• The water basin is seamlessly
welded into the chrome nickel
steel top of the appliance.
• The necessary water filling level
is marked on the side wall of the
basin.
• The required water temperature
is controled steplessly by a
thermostat.
• An indicating lamp lights when
the appliance is switched on.
• The bain marie is delivered with
a water mixer unit for hot and cold
water on the right or left side.
• The basin can be drained by a
standpipe with outflow at the
bottom.
• The appliance is supplied with
the perforated base insert.
• The temperature of the water in
the basin can reach boiling point.
• Cooking pots and GN containers
can be placed in an upright
position due to the perforated
base insert which prevents
cooking pots and GN containers
tipping over.
• All appliances conform to ruling
European safety and hygiene
standards and are H marked.
• All models are type-approved by
