INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing a product from Kellfri AB. By following the general safety information
and the instruction manual and by using common sense, you will have a great and safety use
of your Kellfri product for many years. Kellfri designs and delivers eective, aordable
machinery and components for forest, agriculture, construction and gardening in Sweden,
other Nordic countries and Europe.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Perfect for manoeuvring in tight spaces.
You can load the ATV dolly with 350 kg of wheel pressure.
• Sturdy rubber balloon tires make it easy to move even heavy loads.
• Excellent for moving boat trailers and lightweight trailers.
If you need to haul loads that are heavier than your ATV can handle, the ATV Dolly gives you
the option of using it as a trailer with a wheel pressure of up to 350 kg.
Do not exceed any speed above 5 mph / 8 kmh. Make sure that there is sucient pressure on
the tow bar.
The tow bar is 50 mm height adjustable. A 50 mm tow bar ball hitch is included.

Do not use this equipment if you are feeling sick, tired or in inuence of alcohol. Nor if you
are under the inuence of strong medications or drugs, suering from strong depression or
severe mental illness. Always follow the general trac rules and regulations and the rules of
the Animal Welfare Act. Persons under 15 years old and people with mental illness may not
use these product.

PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the instruction manual carefully before using the machine. Never leave the tractor
before the machine is disconnected.
Danger zone 5 meters. No one other than the operator may be present within the danger
zone during operation.
Check the condition of the equipment before connecting it to the towing vehicle.
Connect and disconnect the euipment to the towing vehicle (ATV) on a level surface.
Keep bystanders and animals away from the working area.
Always remember to reduce speed when working on slopes and uneven terrain.
Never allow children and/or inexperienced persons operate the machine.
Never leave the drivers seat until the towing vehicle is braked and the key pulled out
from the ignition.
The equipment must only be used as described in this instruction manual.
Never overload the equipment.
Keep the equipment clean and keep the surrounding area free from obstacles.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES
In case of an emergency please dial 112.
Keep cell phone or emergency phone available specially when working alone. First aid kit and
re extinguishers must be kept easily accesable during all work, maintenance and service.
Stop the towing vehicle immediately in case of emergency.
Warning! Compliance with the safety instructions requires that the product is only
used as described in these instructions. It is the user’s responsibility to read
through the instructions and comply with them.
WARNING DECALS
Make sure that the warning decals are always visible, clean the warning decals if necessary. Do
not wash with high pressure washer directly on the warning decal. If any part of the decal is
worn or decal becomes frayed or otherwise unreadable, order new decals from your supplier.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Always use appropriate protective equipment. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when
working with the tool. Always wear suitable clothing and footwear. Do not wear loose clothing

SURROUNDINGS
Check and make sure that the area is clear of people, children and objects before switching

BEFORE USE

instruction manual and warning decals. Use common sense when using the machine and use
appropriate personal protective equipment. Always check the performance of the machine
combination to be used. It’s highly important, these harmonize and match in a satisfactory
manner. This is to ensure the equipment function and your and others’ safety.
Do visual inspection before use. Fix or replace damaged and worn parts immediately to
reduce the risk of injury. For parts: Contact Kellfri Service
Lubricate moving parts and check that all screw-nuts and bolts are tightened. Learn and
remember the correct working methods. Beginners should always keep a low speed, use
extreme caution before routine and product knowledge is achieved. The user/customer is
responsible to handle the situation correctly. The product should not be taken into use unless
it can be done in a safe way for the user.
Connect the equipment to the towing vehicle
1.) Connect the tow coupling to the towing vehicles hitchball and make sure it’s locked.
2.) Make sure that the tires have the right pressure- follow the marking on the tires sidewall.
3.) Make sure that it cannot come loose.

OPERATING THE MACHINE
Only people who understand the safety information and instruction manual to operate this
equipment or product. Be aware and cautious while working with the equipment or product,
and use only the tool or product in the manner described in the instruction manual. When
working with equipment that has moving parts there is a risk of crushing. Always work alone
with the tools that are intended for this. Respect equipment danger zone.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORING
Always be extra careful during transport and movement. When parking the towing vehicle
on inclined ground, block the wheels of the vehicle before disconnecting the equipment. To
prolong the life of your equipment, do not let it stand outside. Keep it covered.
AFTER USE
Make sure the equipment standing on level ground when disconnecting.
Clean, rinse with water and let it dry.
Relubricate when needed.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Make sure the equipment is stable and not likely to tip over during maintenance and service.
Replace damaged and worn parts immediately to reduce the risk of injury. Use only spare
parts with equivalent performance to reduce the risk of damage and failure.
Regularly check the condition of the machine and parts before the failure is a fact. When
cracks, twisting, bending, glitches or fatigue of parts are discovered, stop the operation
and rectify the error. Worn parts shall be replaced. Disconnect the machine from the
vehicle when reparing faults.
Check all bolts and nuts are tightened after maintenance and service.
RECYCLING
Disposal of the product, the machine should be disassembled and transported to the
municipality recycling station. Contact your municipality for further information.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove all packing material,put the parts on a
level surface, check that none of the parts are missing.
Parts include:
1 pc trailer frame structure
1 pc wheel axle
2 pc wheels
2 pc washers for wheels
2 pc cotter pin for wheels
4 pc M12x60 bolt
4 pc Ø12 washer
4 pc M12 nyloc nut
1 pc
tow bar assembly with ball
1 pc cleavis pin for towbar assembly
1 pc hitch pin for towbar assembly
2. Mount the 2 M12
×60 bolts, washers and
nuts to assemble the wheel axle and trailer
frame structure. Make sure that you put the
washers on the same side as the nuts.
3. Mount the wheels on the wheel axle and
secure them with washers and cotter pin.
4. Mount the towbar assembly using the cleavis
pin onto the wheel axle and secure it with the hitch pin.
Use the mounting positioning of best use to you.
