Mounting Instructions:
1. Place switch matrix board (PCB) on mounting studs.
2. Start hex nut on stud behind PCB - do not tighten - only
start the nut.
3. Turn panel face-up.
4. Apply silicone adhesive to back side of silicone overlay (keypad)
-a small amount should be applied to the the ridges around
the hulapoint portion and between every other key on each
row on the keyboard portion.
-Also apply to inside of center portion of hulapoint pad (where
the sensor/joystick lays)
-be sure not to drop silicone on any key contacts
5. Flip keypad over and hold it from the front slightly cupping it so
that when it is placed into the panel, only the outer edges touch
the board first, ensuring that no adhesive is misplaced on a
key switch.
6 Seat the keypad in the mounting cutout one edge at a time.
7. When the keypad is in place, allow it to fall onto the board.
8. Spread the keypad to be sure it is well seated on all four sides.
9. Turn panel over and tighten hex nuts until keypad is just
SLIGHTLY compressed between panel and PCB.
