BASE: Place the base on the ground.
Grip the base near the rounded edge
from one side. Place hands on both
sides using an
underhand grip
(grab underneath
with your hands
facing up).
U-Shape
area
While twisting your hands inwards
fold the U-shape into a small loop
that will help the frame
naturally compress
into 3 small loops -
while at the same
time they will collapse
into themselves.
Lift the base up to produce a gentle
U-shape curve and push slightly
inwards to form a
small loop, do not
use excessive
force,or you
could damage
the frame.
