Oneida Air Systems GNZ180000, GNZ140000 Installation guide

  • Hello! I'm a chat assistant and I've reviewed the product details for the Oneida Air Systems Gorilla Duct Quick-Clamp Ductwork. This document describes how to use the quick-clamp duct system for infinitely adjustable ductwork, using cut pipe, adjustable nipples, and O-ring clamps. It also explains the steps for installation. I'm ready to answer any questions you have.
  • What is the recommended length for the adjustable nipple?
How should I orient the cut end of the pipe?
How should I prepare the pipe for fitting?

Adjustable, Fast Installation
Now you can make the innite adjustments to t any length requirement.
Measure length needed. Mark standard 5’ duct 3 - 4”
shorter than length needed.
Deburr cut and slide nipple
(A) over cut end of pipe (B).
Clamp ends of assembly and
then clamp O-ring to nipple.
Adjust to length.
Use O-ring (comes with nipple)
to mark cut line. Cut.
The exclusive adjustability of our ttings makes Gorilla Duct™ the clamp-
together duct that is innitely adjustable. All ttings (elbows, branches,
reducers... anything with a collar) will accept a cut piece of pipe just the
same as a nipple. Our 11” long adjustable nipple is recommended for
adjustments between ttings. To use this feature follow the directions
below, but cut the pipe a little longer than needed. Slide the cut pipe into
the tting and clamp the O-ring to the tting.
Note: Keep cut end of pipe in the same direction as the airow.
