Electric Bain Marie on hot cupboard
The Electrolux 800-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for heavy duty use where space is at a
premium. The series consist of a wide choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual,
free-standing units or assembled into a complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of
cleverly-designed connecting rails.
The models detailed on this sheet have a wet well to maintain food in pots or GN containers at serving
temperature and a hot cupboard integrated into the base unit of the appliance. Models are available with a
water tap to the left or right side of the appliance and installation options are floor mounted on 100 or 200 mm
high feet or a plinth which can be either steel or masonry construction.

EASY TO USE
The bain marie is used for keeping
cooked food at serving temperature in
cooking pots or GN containers which
are placed in the preheated well.
The water basin is seamlessly
welded into the chrome nickel steel
top of the appliance.
The necessary water filling level is
marked on the side wall of the basin.
The required water temperature is
controled steplessly by a thermostat.
An indicating lamp lights when the
appliance is switched on.
The bain marie is delivered with a
water mixer unit for hot and cold
water on the right or left side.
The basin can be drained by a
standpipe with outflow at the bottom.
The appliance is supplied with the
perforated base insert.
The temperature of the water in the
basin can reach boiling point.
Cooking pots and GN containers
can be placed in an upright position
due to the perforated base insert
which prevents cooking pots and GN
containers tipping over.
A hot cupboard is integrated into
the base unit of the appliance. It has
an electric heating, wingdoor,
removable shelf supports and shelves.
Temperature in the cupboard can
be set steplessly by means of a
thermostat to suit different
requirements. The maximum
temperature is 110°C.
All appliances conform to ruling
European safety and hygiene
standards and are H marked.
All models are type-approved by an
international standards authority and
are certified.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
Easy to clean well with rounded
corners.
Body, cupboard and support are
made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
No gaps or dirt traps between
adjoining appliances when
connecting rails are fitted.
All major components may be easily
accessed from the front.
The appliances are IP X5 certified
against water jets.
Hygenic design of the open base
compartement with large round edges.
EASY ON THE ENVIRONMENT
98% recyclable by weight.
Packing free of toxic substances.
