777 Syn-O-Gen® Grease with

Multi-purpose Full Synthetic Grease
DESCRIPTION: Syn-O-Gen 777 is a 100% pure synthetic grease for wide-range multi-purpose applications. Wide-range
applications include not only wide temperature ranges but also a wide range of performance and
environmental applications. Syn-O-Gens advantages over mineral oil based greases are unmistakable.
Performance, versatility, equipment protection, and cost savings are the hallmarks of this superior grease.
COMPOSITION: Syn-O-Gen Multi-purpose Synthetic Grease is formulated with 100% pure synthesized hydrocarbon
basestocks to impart its remarkable properties. Superior lubricating properties coupled with extremely
low pour point and extremely high temperature oxidation and thermal stability produce a grease that is
unmatched in performance for numerous applications. These basestocks are compounded with special
thickeners and additives which in addition, make Syn-O-Gen non-melt, tacky, and water washout resistant,
with outstanding extreme performance, rust and corrosion protection.
PERFORMANCE
CHARACTERISTICS: An operating temperature range of -55º F to 550ºF is where Syn-O-Gen Synthetic Grease excels. With
mineral oil based greases typically covering a temperature range of 0ºF to 300ºF, the extra versatility of this
special grease is apparent.
Syn-O-Gen No. 777 has excellent load carrying abilities and is exceptional for use in high speed bearings.
At high temperatures Syn-O-Gen will not melt and run as most other greases do. Even in comparison with
other “high-temp” greases at elevated temperatures, Syn-O-Gen can last ten times as long.
At low temperatures and for arctic service, Syn-O-Gen remains pumpable where other greases do not.
Under these conditions bearings and equipment can continue to operate freely where with other greases,
bearings and other parts can become inoperable. Thus, Syn-O-Gen is of great benet to both maintenance
operations as well as equipment operation, saving valuable time and money.
