BEFORE ASSEMBLY AND USE
• Be sure you have reviewed the parts diagram and the parts list to confirm that you
have all the necessary parts. Keep the packing material for future reference.
• It is important to wash all the parts in warm water with anti-bacterial detergent prior to
the first use, and after each subsequent use. Dry all the parts before re-assembly or
storing.
• When cleaning, take caution so as not to cut yourself on the sharp blades.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
• Do not attempt to reach into the Tenderizer Blades with your hands at any time. Do
not place fingers down the feed chute when inserting the meat.
• Never allow children and untrained people to operate this machine.
• Do not use ginger to scrape away food from discharge chute.
• Do not use grinder for bones or nuts.
1. Place the Meat Grinder on a dry, flat, level, sturdy surface capable of supporting the
weight of the machine, all food product, and any other utensils and equipment.
2. Affix the attachment to the Meat Grinder by connecting the Spline Cover (Part #19) to
the Meat Grinder with the locking screw on the Meat Grinder.
3. Turn the Meat Grinder on to drive the Tenderizer.
4. Make sure to remove all bones from the meat prior to putting it in to the Meat
Tenderizer.
5. Never put froze meat in to the Meat Tenderizer.
6. Never remove the Head Part while the Meat Tenderizer is in operation.
7. Place each piece of meat into Meat Tenderizer using a tongs. Never use your fingers
and hands as this could result in serious bodily injury.
8. After each subsequent use, store the Meat Tenderizer in dry place, out of the reach of
children.
INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Inspect the general condition of the Meat Tenderizer. Check for binding of moving
parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe
operation. If a problem occurs, correct the problem before any further use.
2. Do not use a damaged unit or one with damaged parts. Bring the Meat Tenderizer to
an Authorized Service Professional for repair.
3. Store the Meat Tenderizer in a clean, dry, safe location out of the reach of children.
