Introduction

The Upstream PRO™ is a portable, all-in-one, multi-channel audio/

video mixer device that integrates a 1080p video capture, video

switch, stream broadcaster, video converter, video splitter, and

audio mixer into one compact box to eliminate the hassle of working

withdierentAVequipment.TheUpstreamPRO™broadcasts

highqualitylivestreamstoCDNplatformssuchasYouTubeLive,

Facebook,andTwitch.

For added convenience, the Upstream PRO™ provides an intuitive

app, making it easy to monitor, edit image layouts, and adjust PIP

settings.TheUpstreamPRO™isPCfree,andwithitswell-designed

Youcanevenpreviewvideoandmonitoraudiolevelsbeforegoing

live with your broadcast! To get started, simply connect video/audio

sources, an Ethernet cable, an iPad loaded with IOGear’s software,

andyouarereadytoroll.

STEP 1. Plug in the AC power cord and wait for the scene selection buttons

to go solid

STEP 2. ConnecttheHDMIvideosources

STEP 3. Connect the microphone and/or audio source

STEP 4. (Optional)ConnectanHDMIdisplaytotheSRC/PGMOutputport

STEP 5. (Optional)ConnectanHDMIdisplaytotheLoopOutport

STEP 6. Connect an Ethernet cable for internet access

STEP 7. Connect your iPad to the Link Port

Note::ForiPadwithUSB-Cconnector,simplyconnecttheincludedUSB-AtoUSB-C

cabletotheGUV303(thisisaspecialcable).

Or use the included USB-A to USB-A cable along with an Apple Lightning USB 3

Adapter(notincluded)toconnecttoiPaddeviceswithlightningconnector.

STEP 8. (Optional) Connect an earphone to receive sound output for the

preview

STEP 9. PlaceyouriPadontotheiPadstandasshowninthediagrambelow.
