TRAMPOLINE PARTS
TRAMPOLINE ASSEMBLY

1. Lay out the top rail in ground as
shown in picture
2. Attach the two leg extensions to a
leg base, repeat for all legs.
3. Attach all the top rails to from a large
circle. Joining the last link may require
two people. The second person should
hold the opposite side, while you bring
both ends of the circle together
4. Attach all leg supports you
assembled in SIEP2 to top frame
5. At this stage, the trampoline should
like the picture as the photo.
6. With stitching portion facing down,
lay jumping mat inside frame and
attached a spring into one of the
triangle rings on the mat. Then attach
the other end of the spring to the
frame.
8. Repeat STEP6 directly across from where
you attached the first spring. Then pull up
two more springs half distance between the
first two springs, directly across from each
other. This will ensure tension is distributed
between the springs.
9. Pull up all the trampoline springs by the
spring fixing tools, and then it will be look
like this on photo.
10. Lay the cover pads on the outer edge, the
spring are covered. Tie all the cover pad’s
strings onto the top rail of the trampoline.
Then proceed to testing the trampoline
section of this manual before jumping on the
trampoline.

SAFETY ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY

1. Place the safety net on the mat
3. Close the two ends of fiberglass rod with fastener, as
shown in the picture
2. Thread the fiberglass rod with fastener through the
net
5. Get one bolt, one upper pole and one lower
pole, then connect them as shown in the photo,
and next is repeat this step to all poles
6. Fix the pole cap to the end of the upper pole and
secure it is tight enough for the pole cap.
Repeat this step to complete all the poles
4. The net should now be as shown picture
in the picture
7. Prepare all the trampoline sleeves, then use the end of the
trampoline sleeves through the end of safety net pole, and make
it tidy enough.
Repeat this step to all the other safety net poles.
Make sure all the safety net poles have sleeve.
8. The next step is fasten the safety net poles to the trampoline legs.
First, put the black plastic part to screw, and remember to check the
direction of plastic parts. Ensure it is the same as on the photo, and
the use the spanner to screw it.
Repeat this step to complete all safety net poles
And then change the direction of upper poles and make it face to the
inside direction of the trampoline
9. After STEP 5, now all the safety net poles has been
attached to the trampoline
10. Lift the net and put it in one side of the plastic
cap on the top pole.
Repeat for all pole caps.
11. Then tie the netting securely to the triangle rings
of the trampoline mat. Repeat this step to make
sure all the plastic parts of the netting tie to the
Rings. As shown in the photo.
12. Your netting is now fully fitted. Proceed to testing
the trampoline section of this manual before jumping
on the trampoline.
TESTING THE TRAMPOLINE
After assembly the trampoline, it is important that you perform the following
safety checks:

Using a screwdriver, check if all the screws are tightly secured.
Look underneath the trampoline and check all the springs are hooked securely to
the frame and triangle rings.
Move the trampoline around and check the sturdiness of the frame.
Using your two hands, put your body weight on one section of the trampoline and

Inspect the cover pads and check if they completely cover the springs and frame.
Make sure the strings of the pads are tied securely.
Enclosure Net Safety Checks:
Hold onto pole net jacked and check that all the enclosure poles are sturdy by
shaking it.
Check the enclosure net for any tearing in the stitching or material.
Check the enclosure net zipper and entrance hooks function properly.
Check to see if all safety enclosure hooks are attached to the triangle ring
underneath the trampoline.
Once all the checks are performed and the trampoline has passed all intial tests
(above), then your trampoline have one person test the trampoline by jumping on the
center continuously for 5 minutes. If the trampoline feels sturdy then your trampoline
passes the test. Congratulations, you have completed the trampoline assembly!
