Abicor Binzel Abirob WH600 is a welding torch system that can be customized with consumables and optional parts depending on the weld job. Consumables and optional parts depending on the weld job have to be ordered separately. For
ordering information and identification numbers please consult the latest ordering catalogue.
NOTE! This product is not designed for use with high voltage wire touch sense. A shock hazard may
exist if used in this application! Please consult factory for products suitable for high voltage wire
sense applications.
Mainten-
ance
The maintenance can be carried out by the operator himself following all safety
instructions and provided that he has been trained to do so. For this purpose the torch has
to be cleaned regularly and there is a heavy build-up of spatter during every break in the
welding process.
Clean interface and apply light coating of silicon-free grease to O-rings. Check
parts subject to wear for visible signs of damage and replace if necessary. Use a BINZEL multi-
purpose wrench to secure or remove the parts subject to wear. DO NOT USE PLIERS!
Transport The manufacturer has no influence on transportation and handling of the torch after it has left its
works. Prior to initial operation the torch has to be checked on the alignment jig and aligned, if
necessary.

müssen separat bestellt werden. Bestelldaten und Identnummern entnehmen Sie bitte den
aktuellen Bestellunterlagen. Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise der Betriebsanleitung.
HINWEIS! Dieses Produkt ist nicht für die Vermessung durch Drahtabtastung mit Hochspannung
bestimmt! Eine Schlaggefahr kann bestehen, wenn es in dieser Anwendung verwendet wird. Bitte
fragen Sie den Hersteller nach Produkten, die für Drahtabtastungs Anwendungen mit
Hochspannung geeignet sind.
Wartung Die Wartung kann vom Bediener, soweit dieser dazu ausgebildet ist, unter Beachtung aller
Sicherheitshinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung selbst durchgeführt werden. Dazu ist der Brenner
regelmäßig, bei starker Spritzerbildung in jeder Schweißpause, zu reinigen. Trennstelle säubern
und O-Ringe mit silikonfreiem Dichtfett leicht einfetten. Verschleißteile auf sichtbare Schäden
überprüfen bzw. austauschen. Verschleißteile mit Mehrfachschlüssel ein-/ausschrauben. KEINE
ZANGE VERWENDEN!

Transport Der Hersteller hat keinen Einfluß auf Transport und Handhabung des Brenners nach Verlassen
des Werkes. Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muß der Brenner auf der Einstell-Lehre des Kunden
überprüft und ggf. nachgestellt werden.

Toutes les pièces d’usure et d’option sont à définir selon l’utilisation et doivent être commandées
séparément. Pour les références, se référer à nos derniers catalogues.
REMARQUE! Ce produit n'est pas compatible avec l'usage de système de repérage par le toucher
qui utilise de la haute tension. Une décharge peut se produire lors de l'utilisation d'un tel procédé.
Veuillez consulter le constructeur pour des produits compatibles avec l'application du procédé de
repérage par le toucher avec de la haute tension.
Entretien L’entretien peut être effectué par l’opérateur, si celuici possède les connaissances nécessaires et si les
régles de sécurité sont respectées. Le col de torche doit être nettoyé réguliérement et lors d’intenses
projections de soudage, il est nécessaire de nettoyer le col à chaque arrêt de soudage. Nettoyer le
corps et enduire les joints de graisse sans silicone. Contrôler l’état des pièces d’usures, les changer si
nécessaire. Dévisser des pièces d’usures à l’aide de la clé fournie. N’UTILISER PAS DE PINCE!
Transport Le fournisseur n’a aucune influence sur le transport et la manutention de la torche après avoir quitté
son entreprise. Avant la première mise en service la torche doit être controlée sur le marbre de
contrôle du client et rectifiée si nécessaire.

NOTA! Este producto no está fabricado para el uso con alta voltaje ya que posee un sensor de
hilo de contacto. Si se usa de este modo hay riesgo de un impacto eléctrico. Por favor, consulte
al fabricante sobre los productos adecuados para aplicaciones con sensores de alta voltaje.
Mantenimiento El mantenimiento puede realizarlo el propio operador siguiendo todas las instrucciones de
seguridad que están descritas en las instrucciones de servicio. Para este propósito la antorcha
debe ser limpiada regularmente y durante cada descanso en el proceso de soldadura si hay una
excesiva escoria. Limpiar el Interface (pieza intermedia) con un trapo suave y engrasar con los
anillos toricos grasa sin silicona. Comprobar que las piezas no estén dañadas y reemplazarlas si
es necesario. Usar la llave BINZEL multiuso para soltar o pretar el piezas de desgaste. ¡NO USA
ALICATES!
Transporte El fabricante no tiene influencia en el transporte y manejo de la antorcha después de su salida
de fábrica. Antes de la primera puesta en marcha de la antorcha ésta debe ser checada
utilizando el alineador de cuellos y si es necesario se debe reajustar.
