User Manual
Our U.S. Solid NZ-1 Coil Winder is used in the industries of telecommunication and
electrical equipment to produce coils for magnetic heads, various kinds of recorders coils,
inductance instruments hummers relays, timers, TV sets and so on.
This winder has a counter which is easy to read when determining the amount of rings on
the coil. It will count up to 99999 rings. Let U.S. Solid contribute to your success with this Hand

Specifications
1. The maximum diameter of coils fit to be wound: 150 mm.
2. The maximum length of coils fit to be wound: 100 mm.
3. The maximum number of turns to be counted: 99999.
4. Transmission ratio: 1:8.
Operation
1. This machine should be mounted on a sturdy worked bench. There are three holes on
the machine for fastening it to the work bench.
2. Regularly put some lube oil into the oil filter holes of the spindle.
3. Please turn the reset handle of the counter and let it reverse to "00000" before the
machine goes to work. It is required to turn the reset handle twice so as to have the whole
counting gear come into the reset condition, otherwise, it will be possible for the gear to slip
and thus lead to inexactness in counting. Please do not turn the reset handle when the machine
