Congratulations on your new product.

You have selected a high quality prod-

uct. Please familiarize yourself with the

neck pillow before preparing it for use and using it

for the ﬁrst time. Please carefully read the following

instructions for use and the important safety notes.

Only use the neck pillow as described and for the

indicated uses. Keep these instructions in a safe

place. When passing the neck pillow on to others,

be sure to also include all documentation.

Intended use

This neck pillow is designed to massage the human

body. You can use it to massage body parts in the

neck area in a targeted manner. The neck pillow is

for private use only and is not intended for medical

or commercial use and cannot replace medical

treatment. In particular, babies, infants, vulnerable

persons and animals must not be massaged. The

neck pillow is intended for use in dry interior

spaces. Use other than as previously described or

modiﬁcation of the neck pillow is not permitted and

can lead to injuries and/or damage to the neck pil-

low. The manufacturer does not accept liability for

damage caused by improper use. The neck pillow

is not intended for commercial use.

Do not use the neck pillow

massage cushion.

Check the product for damage

before initial use. Do not operate

a damaged product.

Do not use

the neck pillow for massages in

the area around the heart if you

wear a pacemaker. Otherwise,

there is a danger to life. Consult

your doctor and the manufac-

turer of your pacemaker before

using the neck pillow. The electri-

cal and magnetic ﬁelds emitted

by this neck pillow may possibly

interfere with the function of

your pacemaker. However, they

are still within the limits.

The neck pil-

low must not be used by vulner-

able people, children, people

with skin alterations due to ill-

ness or scarred tissue in the area

of application or on animals. Do

not use the neck pillow during

pregnancy, after taking pain re-

lief medication or drinking alco-

hol. There is the risk of injure.

Make sure

that you do not fall asleep whilst

the neck pillow is in operation.

There is the risk of burns to skin.

Do not use the neck pillow in a

vehicle.

Do not use

the neck pillow on swollen,

burnt, inﬂamed, infected or in-

jured skin, body parts and re-

gions of the body. There is the

risk of injury. If in doubt, seek

medical advice before use, par-

ticularly:

- If you suﬀer from a severe ill-

ness or have recently had sur-

gery on your upper body

- If you have a pacemaker, im-

plants or other aids

- If you suﬀer from thrombosis

- If you are suﬀering pain, the

The neck pil-

low must not be used on the

face (e.g. eyes), on the larynx,

feet or other sensitive body

parts. There is the risk of injury.

Avoid contact with moving parts.

Do not expose the product to

- extreme mechanical stresses

- moisture.

Otherwise, there is risk of damage

Check the product for damage

We recommend that you remove

the batteries if the neck pillow

will not be used for a prolonged

child or pet swallow a battery,

seek medical assistance immedi-

ately.

EXPLOSION HAZ-

ARD! Never recharge,

short-circuit and / or open batter-

ies. The battery may overheat,

ignite or explode. Never throw

batteries into ﬁre or water. The

batteries may explode.

Failure to observe the follow-

ing warnings can result in in-

Avoid extreme environmental

conditions and temperatures, e.g.

above radiators as they may

aﬀect batteries. Otherwise there

is an increased risk of battery

leaks.

If the battery is drained, remove

from the product immediately.

Routinely check the battery for

leaks.

WEAR SAFETY

GLOVES! Leaking or

damaged batteries may result in

burns on contact with the skin;

always wear suitable safety gloves!

If ﬂuid is leaking from the bat-

tery, avoid contact with the skin,

eyes and mucous membranes. In

the event of contact with battery

acid, thoroughly ﬂush the af-

fected area with clean water

and seek immediate medical

attention.

Never heat batteries in order to

revive them.

Remove light dirt from the battery

and product contacts with a dry,

lint-free cloth before inserting the

battery.

Always replace all batteries at

the same time. Use identical or

equivalent battery types only.

Do not mix diﬀerent types of bat-

teries together (e.g. Alkaline and

Carbon-zinc or rechargeable

batteries) or old batteries with

fresh ones.

Remove the battery if the product

will not be used for an extended

period.

When inserting the battery, be

sure to insert it correctly! This is

shown in the battery compartment

First use

Remove all packaging material.

Open the zip fastening 3 on the neck pillow.

Place the two 1.5 V AA batteries (alkaline type

LR6) in the battery compartment (the correct

way round). Pay attention to the marking in the

battery compartment.

Close the zip fastening 3 .

Operation

Press the ON/OFF button

to switch on

the neck pillow. The neck pillow starts to vibrate.

Press the ON/OFF button 4 again to

switch oﬀ the neck pillow.

Replacing the Batteries

Open the zip fastening 3 on the neck pillow

as previously described.

Remove the used batteries from the battery

compartment 5.

Place the new batteries (2 x 1.5 V AA) in the

battery compartment 5. Pay attention to the

marking in the battery compartment.

Close the zip fastening 3.

Possible material damage! Un-

der no circumstances should you hold the prod-

uct under water, as this may cause liquid to

enter and damage it.

Clean the device carefully using a slightly damp

cloth only.

Do not use any chemical or

abrasive cleaning agents to clean the neck pil-

low. Otherwise, this could damage it.

Clean the neck pillow using only the methods

speciﬁed. Under no circumstances may liquid

enter the neck pillow.

Small marks can be removed using a cloth or

damp sponge, and some liquid delicate laundry

detergent where necessary. Do not use any sol-

vent-based cleaning products.

Clean the cover 2 in accordance

with the cleaning symbols on the la-

bel. It is machine-washable. Set the

washing machine to a delicate cycle at 86°F

(30°C).

Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure it

out according to the manufacturer‘s instructions.

Note: The neck pillow may be damaged if the fol-

lowing warning information is not observed.

Do not bleach. Do not use any de-

tergent containing bleach (such as

heavy-duty detergent).

Do not dry in the tumble dryer

Storage

Possible material damage! Do

not place any heavy objects on the neck pillow

If you are not going to use the neck pillow for

more than one month, remove both batteries

from the device to prevent the batteries from

potentially leaking.

Store the neck pillow in the original packaging

in a dry environment, ensuring it is not weighed

down by additional items if you do not plan to

use it for a long period of time.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging through your

local recycling facilities and in compli-

ance with all federal, state and local

regulations.

Please note the package markings

regarding waste separation, indicated

by abbreviations (a) and numbers (b),

meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper

and cardboard / 80–98: composite

materials.

Contact your local waste management authority

for additional information on how to dispose of the

used product.

Dispose/recycle batteries in compliance with all

3 year limited warranty

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

· Damage, breakage or inoperability due to defect.

· Damage not accounted for by normal wear and

tear or following the safety and maintenance

instructions provided in the user manual.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

· Normal wear and tear of the product, including

fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);

· Improper use or transport;

· Disregarding safety and maintenance

instructions;

· Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, ﬁre,

water, etc.).

· Tampering with the product (such as removing

cover, unscrewing screws etc.)

Consequential and incidental damages are also

not covered under this warranty. However, some

states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of in-

cidental or consequential damages, so this limita-

tion or exclusion may not apply to you.

What is the period of coverage and

warranty resolution?

The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase.

At our discretion, product will either be refunded or

replaced.
