Secvest Key 2WAY wireless cylinder, O:45/I:40mm
Product highlights:
• World's first wireless locking cylinder
• Convenient activation and deactivation of the Secvest 2WAY
• one button control
• Can be integrated into other locking systems
• Status display via LED
The Secvest Key 2WAY wireless cylinder is an optional accessory for
the Secvest 2WAY. It is the first cylinder lock, which automatically
deactivates the alarm system when it is unlocked and activates it
when it is locked. An LED on the Secvest Key 2WAY always indicates
the current status of the alarm system. The Secvest Key 2WAY
wireless cylinder is easy to install: The old cylinder is removed and
the wireless cylinder is installed. The knob is located on the inside of
the door. Then the Secvest Key 2WAY is secured using the so-called
shielded screw -finished. The wireless cylinder fits in all Euro profile
doors. It can be integrated in all ABUS locking systems and also in
cylinder systems from other manufacturers. If the wireless cylinder
is taught-into the system, the usual "unlocking of the door" suffices
to disarm the alarm system. To activate the system, the button on
the rotating door knob must be pressed before it is closed. You can
lock the doors without pressing this button, but the system will not
be activated. The wireless cylinder comes in different lengths for the outer dimension and inner dimension (from 30/30mm to 70/75mm).
You can find the correct cylinder length as follows:
You determine the outer dimension by measuring the length from the center of the fastening screw to the outside of the collar (or of the
fitting).
You determine the inner dimension by measuring the length from the center of the fastening screw to the inside of the collar (or of the
fitting). Add an overlap of 5 mm to the inner dimension.
There are 3 keys in the delivery kit. You can order a suitable replacement key for the Secvest 2WAY wireless cylinder at any time or have
a copy made at a key-making service.
