Eurotherm 480/482 is an asynchronous bi-directional addressable D to A and A to D converter that allows for both analogue value emitting (output) and analogue value receiving (input). The device supports multiple communication standards, including RS232C, RS422, and 0-20mA current loop (passive or active), and can be configured to use different baud rates and parity settings. With the ability to address up to 256 different modules using the RS422 standard, the Eurotherm 480/482 is suitable for use in multi-drop systems.
