DSD 64 over Ethernet update step-by-step guide
The DSX1000 Reference network music player can now playback DSD 64 music
files over ethernet. This exciting new free update enables you to enjoy an
emerging world of high-resolution DSD files, in addition to 24/192 PCM music.
It’s easy to update your DSX: simply follow the steps below.
1. Ensure the DSX1000 is connected to a network with internet access.
2. From the ‘Home’ screen on the unit, select ‘Settings’, then ‘General’, and
then ‘Software Update’.
3. Your DSX will connect to the update server, download the software, install it
and then reboot.

From the main menu, you can enter the ‘Settings’ menu to make changes to
the DSX1000 configuration.
There are several options to make changes to the network, time, user
interface, playback or general configuration.
General Menu
This menu option will allow you to reset the DSX1000 back to factory defaults,
update the software and show information about the product and legal
information.
