ALL OF THE BITS
IT’S HOT DOG TIME
Before using your hot dog maker for the first
time, clean it with a soft, damp cloth and
dry thoroughly.
Note: When using your hot dog maker for the
first time a slight odour may be emitted; this
is normal and will soon subside. Ensure that
there is sufficient ventilation around the hot
dog maker.
MAKING DELICIOUS HOT DOGS
Your hot dog maker is designed to hold two
standard size hot dogs and two standard size
bread rolls only. Don’t use jumbo size hot dogs
or bread rolls, as, despite being able to fit into
basket initially, they will swell with the heat
when the hot dog maker is operating and
may jam.
Not all hot dogs and bread rolls are the same,
therefore you will need to adjust the variable
heat controller accordingly.
To begin using your hot dog maker, first plug it
into the mains power supply.
Place two hot dogs into the hot dog chamber,
carefully open the two hot dog rolls and place
them into the semicircle openings.
Adjust the heat control to the required setting
and push the lever down.
After the toasting time is completed, the
chamber and bread roll compartment will
automatically pop-up. Press the Cancel button
at anytime during the cooking process to
manually stop the hot dog maker from cooking
the hot dogs and bread rolls.
Use the tongs provided to remove the hot
dogs and bread rolls. If the hot dogs get
jammed into the basket, let them cool until
they contract, then remove them.

Note: Room temperature hot dogs will cook
faster than those just taken straight from the
fridge, so the variable heat controller will
need to be adjusted accordingly. Don’t use
frozen hot dogs; ensure that you thaw them
thoroughly before using the hot dog maker.
Caution: Don’t remove the hot dog chamber
straight after use, as it will be very hot. Wait for
it to cool fully before removing.
Unplug your hot dog maker from the mains
power supply. Once cool, carefully remove the
chamber and the crumb tray to clean it.
KEEPING YOUR HOT DOG MAKER IN
APPLE PIE ORDER
Always unplug your hot dog maker from the
mains power supply before attempting any
cleaning or user maintenance.
Ensure that your hot dog maker has completely
cooled before cleaning, as it gets very hot
during use.
Clean the hot dog maker with a soft, damp
cloth and dry thoroughly.
Remove the hot dog chamber and crumb tray,
wash in warm soapy water, then rinse and
dry thoroughly.
Don’t use harsh or abrasive scourers to clean
your hot dog maker as these will damage
the surfaces.
Warning: Never immerse your hot dog maker
in water or any other liquid. Remove any
crumbs by cleaning the crumb tray regularly.
STORING YOUR HOT DOG
MAKER AWAY
Before storing, ensure that your hot dog maker
has cooled and dried fully.
Never store the hot dog maker whilst it is wet.
The power supply cord can be stored
compactly in the power supply cord
storage compartment.
Store in a cool, dry place.
