Safety Precautions
•
Do not clean up the interior or exterior of the refrigerator by direct watering or wipe
it by benzene or alcohol agents.
- There is a risk of electric shock.
•
Do not store volatilize or flammable goods in the refrigerator.
- Benzene, thinner, alcohol, ether and liquefied petroleum gas and the like goods
may lead to explosion.
•
If you plan to have a long travel, please empty the refrigerator and turn off the
power.
•
Completely unfrozen food shall not be frozen again.
•
Do not store drugs, high-tech materials or other temperature-sensitive goods in the
refrigerator.
- Do not store any goods in the refrigerator which have strict limit at storage
temperature.
•
Do not place a container full of water on the refrigerator.
- This may lead to fire or electric shock if the fluid is spilled or splashed.
•
Two legs in the front of the refrigerator can be turned, and the front lower leg can
contact the ground to prevent moving of refrigerator when the door is opened.
Some models of refrigerators have protective lms at their surfaces. The
protective lms are used to avoid scratch during the transportation of the
refrigerator. To prevent static electricity, please remove the protective lms
slowly. If the lms are not removed for a long time, it may lead to color
deviation of steel plate.
Cautions on Cleaning
•
Do not stretch your hands to the bottom of refrigerator.
- Any sharp edge may lead to personal injury.
•
Do not clean the plug or clean the foreign matter and dust at the plug by wet cloth.
- There is a risk of fire.
Warnings on Disposal
•
When the refrigerator is disposed as waste, please remove the refrigerator door/
sealing strip, to prevent children or animals being locked inside.
•
Maintain the shelves at the original place so that children are unable to climb inside
easily.
•
Please check the label of compressor at the back of this appliance or the
nameplate at the rear panel to confirm the refrigerant used by the refrigerator.
•
If the product contains flammable gas (such as R600a refrigerant), please consult
local organizations about how to dispose safely.
•
Pentamethylene can be used as an insulating gas. The gas in insulating materials
shall be treated by special procedures. Please contact with local organization to
know how to dispose the product safely and environment friendly. Make sure the
pipes at the back of refrigerator are not damaged before disposal. These pipes
shall be disposed at an open space.
In case of failure of power supply, please consult the local power authority
about the time of power cut.
If the power cut lasts for one or two hours, it may not affect the interior
temperature of the refrigerator. But the times of opening the refrigerator shall
be as less as possible under such condition.
