1. Extend Vent Opening
Extend vent opening to 12” x 12” as shown with dotted lines.

Fan & Vent Assembly
2. Install Vent & Fan Assembly
Position Fan Assembly inside, over vent opening, mark
and drill (4) four 5/16 holes for bolts to pass through.
Fasten fan in place with bolts and nuts provided as shown
in fig. 1.
Install thermostat and wire as recommended in
instructions furnished with each.
Fig. 2 illustrates how to attach thermostat to wall
using four- (4) Pan Head screws.
