HP 5382a is a direct-counting frequency counter with a frequency range of 10 Hz to 225 MHz and a resolution of 1Hz in 1 second. It has 8 LED digits and nonsignificant zero blanking. It has an input impedance of 1 MQ, < 40 pF. Sensitivity is 25 mV rms - 30 Hz to 10 MHz and 50 mV rms - 10 Hz to 225 MHz. The HP 5382a has a rear panel input with a sensitivity of 250 mV rms and an impedance of >5000 ohms. It also has a timebase output with a frequency of 10 MHz and a voltage of 200 mVpp into a 50-ohm load.
