Vulcan Hart VHD15 is a heavy-duty transport cabinet designed for the toughest transportation operations. It can hold 14 - 18" x 26" sheet pans or 28 - 12" x 20" x 21⁄ 2" steam table pans, or a combination of both on 11⁄ 2" centers. The blower motor ensures gentle and even temperature distribution. The Heliarc welded, fully insulated, 20 gauge stainless steel double pan construction with support channels welded at the base and integral dual layer fully welded corner posts (all four corners) ensures durability.
