Server EZ-Topper User guide

  • Hello! I've analyzed the Server EZ-Topper user guide. This document provides instructions for setting up and using the pouched topping warmer, including how to install the pump, insert pouches and how to clean the unit. I'm ready to answer your questions about this device and its features.
  • What should I do before using the unit?

Insert pouch support or
reserve pouch into base.
Attach pump to primary
pouch. Place pouch
on countertop with
pouch tment facing
upward. Position pump
connector directly over
center of tment. Press
pump connector down
to pierce through lm
in tment. Top surface
of tment should touch
connector rim.
Install pump with
pouch into base.
Plug cord into power source.
Press switch to the “ON”
position. Set thermostat
knobs to food manufacturer’s
recommended serving
temperature.
Make change-outs a
cinch. Place a reserve
pouch in the bottom
of the base. When
the primary pouch is
emptied, the reserve
pouch is pre-heated
and ready for use.

Allow unit to cool before
cleaning.
Clean external surfaces
daily with a clean damp
cloth. Dry with clean soft
cloth. Glass and surface
cleaners approved for
use in food contact
areas may be used.

Clean, rinse, sanitize,
and air dry pump parts.
