STEP 1:
Stage 1: Shield Mountings
Fix the Screen Mount parts on the
Metal Screen Brackets
using the pre installed bolts

Metal Screen Brackets
using the pre installed bolts
LEFT RIGHT
Make sure the bolt heads are outside
both the sides for later easier accessibility
Add 4 X SS M6 bolts to the front side of the shield
Along with M6 SS Washers over the pre-installed Grommets
STEP 2:

Add 4 X SS M6 bolts to the base mounting holes
of the shield along with M6 SS Washers
over the pre-installed Grommets
STEP 3:

Install the shield mounting brackets to the windshield
(Do not Over tighten)
STEP 4:

Install the Base mounting brackets to the windshield
(Do not Over tighten)

Align the Bike Mount to the
Base Mount Brackets
(Do not Over tighten)
This hole is the lowest setting. You can use any of these holes
And the slider configuration and get upto 1.5 inch height
and 10 mm backward adjustability and also can adjust
the shield angle by upto 30 degrees.
You can install on the lowest setting first and if needed
you can use other settings and find your best position

Install the handlebar assembly along with SS Rods as shown here.
This is the best place to install the assembly
(Don’t Overtighten the bolts)
Make sure the rods are on the outer sides

Insert the windshield assembly
from below the headlight
as shown here

Install the windshield assembly
To the headlight bolt using the spare
long bolt provided in the package
Use the first bolt as it is the sturdiest place.

Make sure the mounting bolt is installed
in the reverse order as shown here
To avoid touching the headlight
On the shield side, loosen both the side bolts slightly
Align the SS rod head to the designated
shield mount cavity
Press the shield from outside
against the rod head and
make sure it slots in properly
